Coaching is a positive process which empowers the individual to realize their full potential and achieve their goals.
A life coach is a professional who helps clients achieve their personal and professional goals – achieving your ideal weight, finding a soul mate, landing a dream job, growing a business, working through personal and/or relationship issues. Sometimes people are not clear what exactly they want. The main thing about all of these is that the client wants to CHANGE something to improve the quality of their life. Life coaching provides them with guidance on how to make decisions at various crossroads in life.

Sarah’s practice is based on the belief that her clients’ needs are of the utmost importance. She views every client as unique and is committed to meeting the needs of each client individually. As a result, a high percentage of her business is from repeat customers and referrals.
Life coaching offers no magic bullets or quick-fixes. It relies on principles of positive psychology and empowers clients to generate lasting transformation. It takes time to build physical muscles and, similarly, a life coach helps to build clients’ mental muscles so they can think differently and approach life more effectively. Clients will gradually develop the strength to face any challenges in life with ease and grace.
